Sleep

Stay in a gite, a bed and breakfast or a fully equipped De Waard tent.
In addition, we have four camping spots available for your tent, caravan or (small) camper.

Two nights a week our Auberge is open. We serve a meal prepared with passion from daily fresh vegetables and meat sourced from our own farm.

Farm

Our farm is small-scale and provides us with fruit, vegetables and meat for of course ourselves, but also for our restaurant guests and even a small network of local people.

Sleep

In our domain with its park-like garden we have 3 different holiday homes (2 to 6 people). The rustic charm of the houses has been retained, but the bathrooms are modern and the beds also offer a good night’s sleep.
You can also choose to stay in one of our well-appointed 2 person tents. Our 2 person chambre d’hôte can be booked from 1 night.

Food and drink

From May to October, our Auberge is open on Wednesday and Sunday evenings. We serve a meal prepared with passion from daily fresh vegetables and meat sourced from our own farm. From 19.00 you can enjoy a gourmet four-course menu at €29.50 per person. If you have dietary requirements, or want to eat vegetarian, please let us know and we will gladly take them into account. In the same period we have a home market on Friday evenings from 18.00 hours. Many of our products are displayed on the stall. There is a wide range of vegetables, meats, pates, eggs, jams and other preserves.
The bar is open for drinks and snacks. A great time to meet new people. There is also the opportunity to discover our farm. During a “Tour de Boer” you will learn a lot about the way of working on our farm with the principles of permaculture and regenerative agriculture.

Children are welcome in our Auberge and during the tours!

Farm

Working farm combining livestock, arable, fruit and vegetable production in a permaculture system. The farm provides us with the produce we use in the auberge and sell at the local market.

Experience and taste nature at ’Domaine Les Gonies’.

A domain in Mauroux (in the Lot department) where adults(from 16 years of age welcome) want to enjoy real tranquility during their vacations. A little time just for yourself! Guests traveling alone are also welcome with us.

Experience the outdoors, enjoy the animals, rural tranquility and take a dip in the pool in between. Or taste the fresh vegetables, herbs and organic meat from the estate’s own farm in the Auberge (restaurant). Located just outside the idyllic village of Mauroux, near the Lot River, you will find our beautiful farm.

The 16-hectare estate covering a hilltop has a park-like garden with several fruit trees and a large pasture where pigs, sheep, cows and chickens graze around freely. You can oversee the valley with forests, sunflowers, vineyards and the rustic medieval village of Mauroux half a kilometer away. Here you will find a small supermarket and the post office. The area offers medieval castles, picturesque villages and the Lot River. Cahors is also known for its delicious wine. Of course, there are several wine chateaus you can visit and taste the delicious Cahors wine.
